NOLAN COUNTY, Texas — Two drivers are dead after a three-vehicle crash in Nolan County Wednesday evening.
According to a preliminary crash report from the Texas Department of Public Safety, an SUV driven by Kaitlin Jeanne Rodriguez of Sweetwater was traveling east in the westbound lanes on US Hwy 84, and two pickup trucks were traveling west.
Rodriguez's SUV hit a pickup truck driven by Ramon Anthony Guzman of Snyder. The collision was head-on.
Guzman's truck then collided with a pickup truck driven by Russell William Starks of Harper, Kan.
Rodriguez and Guzman were both pronounced dead at the scene. No injuries were noted in the report for Starks or his passenger.
The crash remains under DPS investigation.
